Reporting to the Method Manager, the selected candidate will hold a key role in driving improvement programs for the operation department.

What you will be doing:

Support industrial improvement activities to increase output efficiency and right first time
Perform detailed documentation to tract project efficiency
Ensure process validation
Ensure that projects are completed within agreed deadlines
Analyze KPIs and ensure preventive actions are taken to minimize occurrences
Deliver training as and when required
Any other cognate duties as requested the Head of Department
Supervise and manage a production line (up to 40 operators) – good team player/leader
Takes full accountability of productivity and line output
