At my best, I was at 67 kgs, before the first weeks of the festive seasons (Mid-November 2025).
About +2.75 kgs later 😉... (manzer la ti top en passant 🥳😋) I'm back on my usual track 🏃‍♂️🏋‍♂️

😉I almost never use chicken or fish stock (cube pou fer bouillon) ❌️ Specially on weekends 🥳
Why... kifer ça 🤔💭
The superior taste ❓️Ingredient control❓️The thick texture ❓️Richer nutrient level❓️Gut & digestive support ❓️Joint support ❓️Immune system boost❓️Iodine for thyroid health ❓️(Ki eter⁉️😮... tou ça la 😵‍💫)

Maybe the facts are numerous 😁 but my personal reasons are...
💡✅️ The taste 😋 & the fact that I love cutting down🔪 all the so called "unusable" parts 🐟, saving them for the making of my home-made fish broth 🍲🤍 (Oui... mo prend mwa pou poissonier/boucher tou 😅🔪).
It may take about an hour or two of show cooking ⏳️⌛️... but it's worth it: both for our senses (smell & taste 😋) & our body health 🤍🤍
