Last week, our Head Office teams gathered for our quarterly Townhall.

These moments matter. Not because of the slides, but because they give us the chance to step back and look at the bigger picture together.

When we talk about Beyond Borders, it’s easy to think about geography. But it also applies internally: Breaking silos, sharing information openly, and making sure people understand not just the “what”, but the “why”.

At the end of the day, performance isn’t just about numbers, but about people feeling informed, connected, and part of something bigger.

At just 24, Urusha is already Senior Accounts & Procurement Officer at MBP. It's a strategic role that helps safeguard the business's financial health. The responsibility suits her: her sharp eye for detail has earned her the nickname “QC” at home.

For the half year ending 31 December 2025, our revenue grew by 13% while operating profit increased by 41%.

When we come together, the impact goes far beyond the finish line.

IBL on the Move is back for its 14th edition on 18 April 2026 at Azuri Ocean & Golf Village. This year, the charitable sports event will support APEIM, an NGO dedicated to promoting autonomy and inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities.

This is a true reflection of what we stand for: togetherness, inclusion and making a lasting impact.

Registrations are now open for the 14th edition of IBL on the Move – Special Disability Edition. Organised by IBL Group, the event will be held on Saturday 18 April 2026 at Azuri Ocean & Golf Village, Rivière du Rempart. Registrations are open until Wednesday 18 March 2026.
