Au cœur de nos pharmacies ForMe, le Pharmacist Manager joue un rôle central, en veillant chaque jour à servir au mieux les patients et à répondre à leurs besoins de santé. Il les conseille, les guide et prend le temps de les écouter, en veillant à leur bien-être. Ce lien de confiance et ce contact humain donnent tout son sens au métier.

En parallèle, le Pharmacist Manager assure la bonne organisation de son outlet. Il encadre son équipe, participe à sa formation et veille au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes, de la gestion des stocks à la réception des livraisons. Son rôle permet de maintenir une activité fluide et structurée au sein de la pharmacie.

Un métier complet, où expertise, organisation et accompagnement des patients se rencontrent au quotidien.

Derrière chaque livraison, chaque commande prête à partir et chaque entrepôt bien organisé, il y a un travail de précision. Le Forklift Driver fait partie de ces métiers essentiels qui assurent, chaque jour, le bon déroulement des opérations logistiques.

Au volant de son chariot élévateur, il intervient à chaque étape : chargement, déchargement, déplacement et stockage des marchandises. Son expertise permet de garantir des flux fluides et sécurisés, tout en optimisant l’organisation des espaces et la gestion des stocks.

Mais le métier ne se résume pas à la conduite. En collaboration étroite avec les équipes warehouse et logistique, le Forklift Driver participe à la préparation des commandes, aux contrôles d’inventaire et au respect des délais de livraison. Son rôle contribue directement à la performance opérationnelle et à la continuité de l’activité.

Chaque jour, rigueur, vigilance et esprit d’équipe sont au rendez-vous. Un métier de terrain, discret mais indispensable, au cœur de la chaîne logistique.

En 2023, cette vision s’est renforcée avec Tomorrow by Scott, notre identité qui incarne et fédère toutes nos initiatives durables.

En 2025, grâce à l’engagement de nos clients et partenaires, nos programmes de recyclage ont généré des résultats concrets :

♻️ 1 913 840 capsules Nespresso collectées et revalorisées localement
♻️ 11 384 bouteilles Sunquick 2L transformées en câbles électriques
♻️ 3 805 piles Varta collectées et revalorisées pour une seconde vie : 1 kg collecté = 10 plantes plantées

Ces chiffres illustrent la force de la collaboration entre entreprises, clients et partenaires pour transformer les déchets en ressources durables, tout en soutenant l’économie circulaire locale et la protection de l’environnement.
