….the best feeling is when a guest gave a review about you.
We have recently returned from our second stay at Milaidhoo. It's our favourite of the 12 resorts we have stayed at and ticks all the boxes for us.
The villas are very spacious and private. They are carefully thought out and everything works as it should. The beach has soft white sand and the snorkelling is excellent and easily accessible. The food is delicious and the venues are genuinely different from one another rather than the same thing a few feet down the beach. All the staff, without exception, are highly trained and friendly. There's a very good selection of wines etc, and the white is served nice and cold.
However, the absolute highlight for me was the yoga with Jonathan in an air conditioned pavillion. I am not particularly experienced but, besides the daily complementary classes, I also took private classes on both trips as I learnt so much from him. He is an excellent teacher and really focuses on technique so you can improve without injuring yourself. He also has a sense of humour which makes it fun. Of course yoga isn't for everyone but if you want to try it out or to improve then I can't recommend Jonathan highly enough.
My husband had 2 cookery lessons with Janaka which he loved and he can now make fantastic curry, risotto and steak.
We were going to keep trying different islands until we found the ideal one but we have stopped searching now that we have found Milaidhoo. We also tried Nautilus which I think is owned by the same person, but we preferred Milaidhoo.
