Guided by his Third Culture perspective, each dish evoked a sense of both familiarity and discovery, honouring the belief that food connects us all. From immersive dining experiences to playful cooking workshops for children, moments in the kitchen unfolded with curiosity, creativity, and confidence — inspiring a deeper connection to food and self.
