As schools reopen, let’s remember that learning is not just about grades it’s also about wellbeing, balance, and self-kindness!

starting a new school year can feel exciting, overwhelming, or both. these affirmations are gentle reminders for students everywhere:
✨ take things step by step
✨ be kind to yourself
✨ ask for support early
✨ remember your worth goes beyond results
✨ rest is part of success

let’s create school environments where mental health matters just as much as academic achievement! 🤍

📌 share this with a student who needs encouragement today.

Today marks , a global call to protect the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of every person!

For MHLeC, this day reinforces our belief that mental health is a human right not an option, and access to inclusive, stigma-free support must be available to all especially young people and persons with disabilities. Let us commit to building systems that uplift, protect, and empower every single member of our communities!

Together, we move toward a more just and inclusive Malawi💙🇲🇼
