A big thank you to Tatenda and The Makazi Foundation for joining us for this important conversation on men, vulnerability, and mental health! 💙

men’s mental health matters! 💙

for November, MHLeC is highlighting the voices, experiences, and journeys of young men across our implementation sites 🫂

our male facilitators, students, and partners remind us that:

💙 brotherhood is support
💙 strength includes vulnerability
💙 asking for help is courage
💙 healing is a community effort

together we want to create safe spaces where young men can speak, heal, and grow! 🥹

This November, MHLeC is focusing on Men’s Mental Health + Kindness! 😊🩵

So many men have been taught to “just cope.” But coping alone can be heavy. Kindness can open doors to conversations, support, and healing. So let us spread kindness, not just this month but forever

Let’s break stigma, one act of kindness at a time! 💪

“We learn, we share, we laugh” 😂💙

watch this short clip from one of our MHLeC participants at BTTC as they talk about what they’ve learned so far and what they want others to know about mental health, while doing implementation!

(stay till the end for a funny blooper because sometimes learning looks like joy too! 🤣)
