SHOULDER PAIN
Last month, we met a patient who came to us with persistent shoulder pain that had been troubling him for weeks. Simple things like lifting a kettle, reaching overhead, or even sleeping on his side had become a daily struggle. The pain was affecting his work, mood, and ability to enjoy life.
During our assessment, we discovered that his shoulder muscles were extremely tight, his posture had weakened over time, and he had reduced mobility around the joint. He was frustrated, but he was also determined to recover.
