In fighting against COVID let's strengthen our immune system by:

- Eating healthy meals from the Malawi 6 food groups. Eat more of the following foods rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B and Zinc to boost our immunity;

- Oranges, lemons, pawpaws, bonongwe, luni, chinese, cabbage, tomatoes, Chinese, dried chambo and usipa, beef, beef liver, sweet potatoes, groundnuts, food from millet, beans, chick peas...

- Drink enough water
- Sleep well, get enough rest and also stay active
- Exercise
