CADH REBRANDS TO COMMUNITY FOR DISEASE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT

After serving as Community Against Diabetes & Hypertension – CADH) for the four years, CADH has rebranded to Community for Disease Prevention and Management (CDPM).

CADH was dedicated to two health conditions diabetes and hypertension which according to the organization’s Founder Olive Kadzakumanja limited their services.

“We noted that most communities that we are serving have a lot health issues requiring our attention, unfortunately we could not help as our mandate was on diabetes and hypertension only”, Kadzakumanja said.

According to Kadzakumanja Community for Disease Prevention and Management will now focus on making a health society that is able to prevent and manage health conditions in order to prevent complications that are associated with various diseases.
