Today, we dedicated our afternoon to reviving the hospital's unnamed washing machine, crippled since 2023 by faulty water inlet and drain valves. Despite its outdated system, our team faced a daunting challenge: rats had made it their home, gnawing through wires and tubes. Yet, through determination and ingenuity, we succeeded in rewiring and replacing damaged components, including a new drain valve, and got it up and running. Boom!!! We are here!!

We have made significant progress in maintaining tidy operating theatre rooms; let us sustain this effort. By doing so, we can minimize emergencies and unnecessary pressure on service delivery.
Earlier this week, we successfully revamped some theatre equipment anaesthesia machine, patient bedside monitors, suction machine, oxygen concentrator, operating theatre tables and central system piped oxygen and suction.
