👉🏻 “Last year I decided to make a major change in my life due to health issues…I’m actually thankful for those issues because they gave me the will power to make those changes 🙏🏽 I realized that I needed to take better care of myself. I’ve been alcohol free for one year 🙏🏽 and quit smoking in June of 2020 due to Covid 🤦🏽‍♀️. I can’t say that I should’ve done this sooner because I was not mentally prepared nor committed to the changes. Still more positive changes to come!
