Have you ever realized that when you care too much about how others see you, you stop seeing yourself? You start to lose awareness and become a projection of somebody you are not- somebody you wish others think you are. The second you realize that other's perception of you isn't really that important, you'll start to be a more authentic version of yourself and freedom will follow...🦅🌬💙 How many times have you stopped doing something just because you were scared of what others thought of you?

According to the Buddhists, we need to refrain from physical and verbal actions that bring pain to others to gain self-awareness. In order to do this, we need to abandon the Ten Nonvirtues:
Physical:
1. Killing
2. Stealing
3. Sexual Misconduct
Verbal:
4. Lying
5. Divisive Talk
6. Harsh Speech
7. Senseless Chatter
Mental:
8. Covetousness
9. Harmful Intent
10. Wrong Views
Start paying attention when these behaviors start manifesting in your life, bring awareness and accept them for what they are!
