Y es que todos somos trozos de la vida de otros. Las palabras que dijimos, los recuerdos que creamos, el amor que inspiramos. Somos parte de los momentos de alguien que fue feliz con nosotros. Y también de los sueños. De las ganas de superación, de esos cambios que a veces hacen falta.

Somos también la melodía perdida de alguien. Esa canción que nunca acabó. Los planes que se hacen para que el destino se ría.

Los mensajes en botellas que se perdieron en el mar. La noria que se paró. El viaje que nunca se hizo y el que se hizo y se recuerda durante toda la vida. Somos un poco de quienes nos quisieron y los que dejaron de hacerlo.

Semillas que sembramos y nacieron flores. Un camino pisado. Una noche rota. Una luna que se perdió. Un día por vivir. El sí y el no. El instante que faltó. La sonrisa que provocamos. Las lágrimas que la lluvia se llevó. El café que se enfrió. La perfección para alguien. Su motivo de vida. La espera de otro.

Somos momentos de los demás.

After an amazing week at , reconnecting with my practice, with my amazing teachers and , I am inspired and I am ready to fulfill my purpose and go back to teach, I am beyond grateful for the lessons I learned about the practice, about community and most of all about myself. Thank you for holding space for those of us who want to give back to the world and share this wonderful philosophy of love 💕

“Muere lentamente quien se transforma en esclavo del habito, repitiendo todos los días los mismos trayectos, quien no cambia de marca, no arriesga vestir un color nuevo y no le habla a quien no conoce.

Muere lentamente quien hace de la televisión su guía. Muere lentamente quien evita una pasión, quien prefiere el negro sobre blanco y los puntos sobre las "ies" a un remolino de emociones, justamente las que rescatan el brillo de los ojos, sonrisas de los bostezos, corazones a los tropiezos y sentimientos.

Muere lentamente quien no voltea la mesa cuando esta infeliz en el trabajo, quien no arriesga lo cierto por lo incierto para ir detrás de un sueño, quien no se permite por lo menos una vez en la vida, huir de los consejos sensatos.

Muere lentamente quien no viaja, quien no lee, quien no oye música, quien no encuentra gracia en si mismo.

Muere lentamente quien destruye su amor propio, quien no se deja ayudar. Muere lentamente, quien pasa los días quejándose de su mala suerte o de la lluvia incesante.

Muere lentamente, quien abandonando un proyecto antes de iniciarlo, no preguntando de un asunto que desconoce o no respondiendo cuando le indagan sobre algo que sabe.

Evitemos la muerte en suaves cuotas, recordando siempre que estar vivo exige un esfuerzo mucho mayor que el simple hecho de respirar.
