En octubre de 2012, Cengage Learning-National Geographic Learning y la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH) crean una alianza para fundar LINNEA, un laboratorio pionero en la exploración la aplicación de tecnologías emergentes en entornos enriquecidos de aprendizaje. LINNEA, adscrito a la Coordinación General de Tecnologías de Información, está localizado en las instalaciones de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, en el norte de México. English
Created in 2014 by the University of Chihuahua and Cengage Learning/National Geographic Learning Latam, LINNEA collaborate with internal and external projects that offer learning innovation potential and a quantitatively significant outcome in the development of 21st century competences by students and teachers. Our technological surveillance approach, permanent learning culture and agile management framework allow us to collaborate with fields that include civil engineering, biomedical sciences, chemistry, journalism, biology and arts; demanding a quick understanding of technologies as virtual and augmented reality, videogames, drones, IoT boards and sensors, 3D printing, immersive video, among others.
