Celery juice:

The best thing you can do for your health is clearly to add celery juice to your morning routine, preferably in conjunction with your lemon water, remember to wait 15-30 minutes after ingestion. Still on an empty stomach & it should not be mixed with anything else because then it loses its healing properties.

This herb (yes you read that right, herb & not a vegetable) is extremely powerful for our health as it contains a lot of undiscovered nutrition that is critical to our health. When you cold- & "slow" squeeze the juice from the celery it becomes an herbal extract, elixir for the body. One of the most important nutrients is sodium cluster salts, which are exactly what the body needs to be able to do its job as well as critical for the brain. No other salts that you add, this is unique to our body.

With these powerful properties, this herbal extract has the ability to heal the body from acid reflux, among other things. It neutralizes & flushes toxins out of the liver, helps eradicate streptococcal bacteria and fights autoimmune diseases.

Drink at least 4.7 dl (16 ounces) of freshly squeezed celery juice to get it all the way up to the brain & then out again. Start with a smaller dose & increase slowly. Wait 15-30 minutes before eating your breakfast. 💚✨🌱

Lactuca virosa has yellow flowers and can grow to be 2 meters tall.

The name of the plant stems from its “milk-juice” (lactuca)

and from the word poisonous (virosa).

The milky sap is bitter, and has a narcotic smell.
