RV Park is a new adult RV community located in the tranquil Pacific ocean-side farming community of Pescadero, BCS, Mexico. Pescadero is truly a desert oasis receiving its water from the daily rains produced on the local mountains by the Pacific moisture. The year round temperate climate along with the friendly laid back locals make this part of the Baja an amazing place to winter over or to permanently reside. The word Pescadero actually means Fisherman in spanish which describe one of the most popular activities in the area. Surf fishing is one of Kenny Sewell's (park owner) favorite pass times. Check out the fishing albums on the site to see more. Pescadero is in close proximity to the small town of Todos Santos known as a local artisan community and provides lots of local events, art, crafts, and artisan food. Because we are a farming community much of what is served in the local restaurants is grown here. The area is covered with mango, orange, lime, pomegranate, avocado, and grapefruit trees to name just a few. And of course living in a beach community offers a selection of fresh caught fish and sushi daily. Local fisherman bring their catch in daily from the local bay. The state Capital of La Paz is approximately 45 minutes north and the resort communities of Cabo San Lucas is approximately one hour south. The two cities offer the types of services you would find in larger cities such as Medical facilities, deep sea fishing, diving, and lots and lots of shopping. Much of the area is bi-lingual so communication is easy between the visitors and locals.
