.funga Takeover Part 3: Mushrooms have a diverse flavorscape, just like wine, cheese, chocolate, coffee and many other delicious foods we consume regularly. Some can taste sweet, like maple syrup, some can taste like beef or chicken or seafood (a big surprise to those who are proud meat eaters), and others taste purely mushroomsy.
