They are lighting women on fire on livestream. They are beheading babies. They are kidnapping elderly people to be tortured and killed. They are using children as shields. They are ra**ng women and desecrating their dead bodies, parading them around town invoking the name of Gd.
This is war. We’ve seen this horror before and we’ve all said “Never Again”, yet here we are.
So you’ll excuse me if I don’t stay silent .. I don’t care if I lose friends or business, or trigger any sensitivities - I want to be explicitly clear on where I stand:
If you support the atrocities being conducted in Israel right now in any way, shape or form, if you’re afraid to use your voice to condemn terrorist organizations, or feel it’s too politically charged to speak up in support of the people who’ve lost their lives in the wake of this unprecedented wave of terror, if you justify messages of hate or the killing of innocent civilians, women and children by giving “context” or follow messages of support with the word “but”, please lose my number, unfriend me or unfollow me.
Silence is complicity, and I for one, Jewish or not, will not be silent.
