🌿✨ Feeling incredibly grateful for the chance to visit WAT PHO, home to the oldest massage school in Thailand, founded in 1979 🇹🇭💛
Known worldwide as a center for Traditional Thai Massage & Traditional Thai Medicine, this temple school is where centuries-old healing wisdom is preserved, practiced, and passed down. Walking through its grounds—where teachings are literally carved into the temple walls—was an unforgettable experience as a massage therapist. ✨🙏
While there, I hand-selected some of the highest-quality Phlai products, rooted in Thai herbal medicine and crafted with intention. 🌿
I can’t wait to bring these offerings back to my amazing clients in Santa Barbara, California, and share the healing traditions of Thailand with you all. 💆‍♀️🌺💛

where faith wears many faces yet speaks one truth.
In temples and mosques, chants and prayers,
I found stillness, devotion, and grace in every tongue.
Buddhism, Islam — different paths, same light.
Grateful for the lesson in respect, openness, and humility —
that faith is not a place, but a way of seeing.

Hace 6 años inicié el camino de la terapia corporal, siguiendo un llamado profundo que no podía explicar, pero sí sentir.
Aunque en aquel entonces el apoyo fue escaso, mi alma sabía que este camino me llevaría a lugares de luz, donde mi energía pudiera expandirse y florecer.
Hoy, 24 de octubre de 2025, culmino un ciclo en la Bali Saraswati Spa Academy, rodeada de almas hermosas que me enseñaron, sostuvieron y reflejaron mi propia transformación.
🌸 Moraleja:
Cuando confías en el proceso, sueltas el miedo y vibras desde el amor, el universo abre caminos que tu mente jamás imaginó.
Los sueños no se persiguen… se manifiestan cuando estás lista para recibirlos. 💫

✨ A perfect day in Bali ✨
Started the morning with a refreshing hike and swim at Sekumpul Waterfall 💦 — pure magic in the heart of the jungle.
Then came breathtaking views at Twin Lake Viewpoint, followed by a delicious traditional Balinese lunch with local flavors. 🍛🌿
Wandered through the stunning gardens of Blooms, a peaceful paradise full of color and life 🌸, before arriving at the sacred and serene rice terraces of Jatiluwih, where time seems to slow down. 🌾
And to crown it all: a heartfelt visit with the family of my dear friend Burat at the Wianta Foundation, a home of deep art, tradition, and connection.
Forever grateful for these moments. Bali, you give so much. 🙏❤️

✨ Una tarde mágica en Bali ✨
Tuve el honor de conocer a Bingtang, un joven músico lleno de talento que interpreta con maestría la música tradicional balinesa con los instrumentos Gender Wayang y otros sonidos ancestrales.
Sobrino de mi querida amiga Burat, ambos me recibieron con una generosidad inmensa en la hermosa casa de la Fundación Wianta, un espacio de arte, cultura y alma balinesa.
Gracias por este regalo de música, hospitalidad y conexión auténtica. 🙏🌺

I had the honor of meeting Bingtang, a talented young musician who plays traditional Balinese music with the Gender Wayang and other ancestral instruments with such grace and soul.
He’s the gifted nephew of my dear friend Burat, and together they welcomed me so warmly into the beautiful home of the Wianta Foundation — a true sanctuary of Balinese art and culture.
Grateful for this moment of music, kindness, and deep cultural connection. 🙏🌺

🌊 Templo Pura Ulun Danu Beratan – uno de los íconos más representativos de Bali 🛕🌿

Situado a orillas del lago Beratan, este templo hindú fue construido en el siglo XVII y está dedicado a la diosa del agua, Dewi Danu.

Sus torres reflejadas en el agua y el ambiente brumoso lo convierten en un destino imperdible para quienes buscan espiritualidad, historia y paisajes de ensueño.

📍 Ubicación: Bedugul, Bali
📅 Mejor momento para visitar: temprano por la mañana (menos turistas y más niebla mágica)

A mi edad, sigo el viaje no solo por el mundo, sino hacia adentro.

Blanco y negro, pero lo sentí todo.
Frontera entre Tailandia, Laos y Burma.
Donde tres mundos se tocan… y yo también me encontré.
Lejos de casa, cerca de mí.
Viajé miles de kilómetros y terminé llegando al lugar más importante: este momento.
Me miro y me siento: completa.
No porque lo tenga todo, sino porque por fin entendí que no me falta nada.
