Life Transformation Coach - Richard Morden

Life Transformation Coach - Richard Morden I help people discover the unconscious story that they are secretly living their lives from .... What is your story?

When I first discovered Emotional Freedom Technique in 2013 it truly changed my life. I had recently lost my wife and knew that I needed to make changes, but I had no idea where to start. I took a course to become an EFT Practioner, facilitated by the founder of Conscious EFT, Nancy Forester. Her guidance continues to give me a foundation of extensive training, personal growth and emotional awareness, which has become my strength and my passion in life. I truly love what I do and I love helping others to live their best life. I have gone on to use this incredible “tapping” technique for many years; guiding men and women towards emotional wellness. Resolving and releasing these deeply held emotions has a profoundly positive effect on every area of life. My gentle, non intrusive process removes the barriers and heaviness that often surrounds personal trauma and gives my clients the tools to work through their complicated emotions quickly and effectively. My process is simple, easy and effective, providing progress in any area in life where a person may be experiencing conflict, including phobias, anger, anxiety, divorce and communication issues. I will empower you to become connected and aligned to the life that you desire. How can I help you to rewrite it to create the happy ending that you desire?

Ever notice how your thoughts and emotions shape everything around you? You’re literally creating your life from the inside out. 🌸

How we feel about what we are thinking is important.

Now the big question: Do we control our intentions, or do we surrender to our intentions?

Wanting Deeper Connection Isn’t Needy — It’s Human

Craving meaningful, authentic relationships doesn’t make you weak.

It doesn’t make you “too sensitive.”

It means you’re ready for more — more connection, more alignment, and fewer conversations that feel like walking on eggshells.

Through personalized micro-regulation tools — like EFT, wrist holds, and head points — you can retrain your nervous system to respond, not react. It allows for vulnerability with safety, openness with strength.

Real-life stories of individuals who thought they were “just sensitive,” “unlucky,” or “too independent,” only to uncover deep-seated emotional models inherited from caregivers — models that continued to script their relationships until they rewrote them.
- How even the family dynamics you’ve actively rejected can imprint themselves on your expectations, reactions, and choices in love — unless consciously addressed.
- A compassionate reflection exercise: Gently uncover the unspoken emotional agreements you absorbed in your family growing up — and decide which ones you’re ready to finally release.

This work isn’t about blame. It’s about freedom.

And once you see the pattern — you’ve already broken it.

If you’ve ever wondered why certain patterns keep repeating, or why emotional intimacy feels hard, fleeting, or overwhelming… perhaps it’s time to explore the legacy you didn’t choose, and how to lovingly choose something different, something healthier, and something that’s finally yours.

- Use EFT (tapping) to calm the emotional residue triggered by old relationship imprints. Gently retrain the nervous system to respond with clarity, not reactivity.
- Using Time Sweeps to clear the pattern from your fields.

- Practice the wrist-hold or neurovascular points to stay regulated during emotionally charged moments — turning habitual reactions into conscious choices.
- Learn how to say “No” without guilt — especially when saying “Yes” has always been part of your inherited role in relationships. It’s not selfish…it’s healing.
- Embrace agency-centered decision-making to move from conditioned compliance to courageous, soulful self-trust.

Because healing generational patterns doesn’t begin in the mind — it begins simply, gently, in the body… and in the brave heart willing to ask: “Could this be me?”

Would it feel safe enough to explore this?

When we define ourselves in contrast to something, we begin to diminish what we are.
Opposition becomes a trap: the more we insist on being “not that,” the more we revolve around the very thing we reject. Identity built on resistance is fragile — it depends on the continued presence of the “other.”
Freedom emerges when we no longer need the anchor of comparison, when we allow being to stand on its own without reference or denial.

Consider the subtle trap of oppositional identity: when you define yourself against something—a belief system you despise, a rival you must beat, a past you're desperate to escape—you unwittingly grant it the keys to your psyche. Your self-perception becomes a mirror, reflecting only what you reject.

You're no longer moving toward a destination, but merely away from a threat. This is identity as reaction, a cage whose bars you forged yourself.

Now imagine the inverse: defining yourself from your own center. Here, identity becomes a living architecture, not a defensive wall.

It's a tapestry whose threads you choose—values that resonate at your core, experiences that shape your texture, a purpose that gives the pattern meaning. This is identity as creation, evolving not in response to external pressure but in alignment with internal truth.

The transformation ripples through every dimension of being.

Freedom expands from the narrow space between "not this" and "not that" into an infinite horizon of "what could be.

" Resilience stops depending on enemies to define your strength and becomes an unshakeable rootedness, bending in storms but never snapping. Authenticity emerges not as a performance of difference, but as the natural consequence of self-alignment.

And your engagement with the world shifts from transactional—what can I prove?—to relational—what can we create together?
You cease to be a satellite orbiting others' expectations and become a gravitational force in your own right.

* Identify Your Needs: Reflect on what you need help with the most—emotional support, co-parenting strategies, financial guidance, or legal advice.

* Seek Out Professionals: Look for therapists, counselors, or coaches who specialize in areas relevant to your needs. Consider their approach and whether it aligns with your preferences (e.g., EFT, mindfulness, etc.).

* Reach Out and Engage: Start with a consultation or initial session to see if you feel comfortable and supported.

Part one: The Art of Love Bombing

Love bombing operates as a deliberate grooming technique with clear strategic purposes. The manipulation typically serves one of three primary objectives:

Grooming and Exploitation: The love bomber may be targeting something specific the victim possesses, such as s*x, money, a comfortable living situation, a ready-made family, or social status. This mirrors behaviors seen in child s*xual exploitation cases, where overwhelming attention is used to break down boundaries.

Power Dynamics: Some love bombers are motivated by the challenge itself, particularly when targeting individuals who have expressed doubts or made it clear they don't want a serious relationship. Once they successfully break down these barriers and create an intense emotional connection, they may lose interest and abruptly end the relationship.

Control Establishment: The technique serves to establish power and control early in the relationship by overwhelming the target and encouraging them to fall deeply in love. This emotional investment makes the victim more compliant, as they become fearful of losing the relationship.

The Narcissist's Role

Narcissistic individuals are often skilled at:

Reading your emotional needs quickly
Mirroring exactly what you've been missing. 😊

Love-bombing to create fast attachment. 😍

Gradually shifting to devaluation once you're invested. 😘

This creates a powerful cycle where you're constantly trying to get back to that initial phase where they seemed perfect. The intermittent reinforcement (occasional validation mixed with withdrawal) creates a powerful addiction-like response in your brain.
