One hundred posts. One hundred moments we have shared together.
And today is not about Oliver.
Today is about you.
We want to say thank you. To so many people that we will probably never be able to name them all.
To the first responders who were there that day.
To all the doctors who care and go far beyond their work.
To the nurses from all the hospitals and to our nurses who are with us every day.
To our therapists who support Oliver step by step.
To the ambulance drivers.
To the psychologists. Thank you for the conversations and for giving us hope.
To the priests and to all the people who pray for Oliver.
To the cleaning staff in the hospitals and the security teams who work quietly in the background and keep everyone safe.
To the people who change the oxygen, maintain the equipment and keep the technology running.
To those who help us in the household.
To our family who carry this journey with us.
To the lab teams who analyze results behind the scenes.
To the people who deliver medical supplies and keep everything available.
To the quiet readers who may never comment but think of Oliver and keep him in their hearts.
To other sick children who fight their own battles every day.
To parents who know this pain and carry it with strength and love.
To the Instagram community who share their stories, their struggles and their hope.
To all the people who started actions for Oliver.
To those who send us information, ideas and new paths.
To those who connect people and open doors.
And to the ones who did things for Oliver that we may never have mentioned or may not even know about.
It does not matter if you have been here from the beginning or only joined recently. Just Thank you!
This journey belongs to us as a family. But we are not walking it alone.
Without you we would not be where we are today.
Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.
From Oliver.
From Julian.
From Sebastian.
From Laura and Stefan.
