"We would like to give the biggest shout of gratitude to the entire staff at Ventris Fertility Center! Doctor Morales and his team are nothing less than AMAZING. They stood beside us through the whole process from 8 years of infertility in the United States and being told by doctors here that it was "impossible for me to get pregnant and maintain pregnancy" and that I just "needed to adopt if I wanted to be a mom that badly".... To helping us finally conceive and maintain pregnancy to get our beautiful rainbow daughter in 2022.
Then they guided and stuck with us through secondary infertility, repeated rounds of IUIs, multiple miscarriages, SO MUCH SUPPORT and understanding in the process, them through two rounds of IVF, which brought us our miracle rainbow twins that are expected in the next few weeks. From sleepless nights, tears, feelings of defeat, unexplainable amounts of medications and patience... We got here. Every step of the way, they were with us. Responding to my non stop questions, no matter what time of day it is, to explaining and supporting my fears and validating my feelings in the process.
Doctor Morales is extremely intelligent and so very knowledgeable in his field. He has supported our pregnancies from start to finish and he has worked harder and more diligently than any doctor I've ever encountered in the United States. He stays honest and upfront. He lets you know when your body is ready to receive and when it's not. He saves you time, tears and hurt by not doing procedures that he knows won't be successful. He has not let us down yet. We've been patients since 2021 and I'm ready for baby number 4 with him for a final round of IVF. The ladies in the clinic are extremely helpful and patient and so loving to our daughter. The second we walk in, we know we are family.
We are not a number, or a random patient. They know us on a first name basis and spent time learning us, our story and our history to ensure that we get the best possible experience through such a tough process. I don't know where we would be without their help, and I don't know where I'd be without my sweet daughter by my side. A dream that felt so out of reach and impossible was made to come true by Ventris Fertility Center!"
