Today is the beginning of Dia Los Muertos and the day we honour our pets. Our beautiful family dog Play, passed away on Christmas Day 3 years ago and our cat Cleo (who was Mila’s best friend) passed away December 2024. Both pets left a big paw print on our hearts ❤️

Day 7 of Falling in Move With Yourself

Today I had plans with a friend for a sleep over hang out and yesterday we ended up without power for 9 hours, until after midnight, so it was a long day yesterday and today I was just exhausted. Thankfully I have an amazing friend that when I expressed how I was feeling, she understood and we agreed to postpone for another time. Speaking my truth is showing love for myself. 🥰

Day 6 of Falling in Love With Yourself

I usually don’t remember to eat until later in the day (around 3:00-4:00) so today I gave some love to myself and made a yummy breakfast of steak and eggs with my cacao. Now I have the energy to build my new dresser 😁
