Reconnect is the longest-running breathwork & cold exposure organization in the Riviera Maya, with over 6,000+ people guided through our breathwork and cold exposure experiences. Blending the ancient with modern science, this experience is designed to help you reset your nervous system, build stress resilience, and reconnect to your body’s innate intelligence.

🧘‍♀️ Optional Yoga Class
Start your morning with a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga class at 9:00 am, led by Mariel Chapoy at KopoYoga. This energizing session is designed to prepare your body and mind for the breathwork and ice immersion that follows.
(Participation in the yoga class is optional but highly recommended.)

Requirements:
• Yoga mat, swimsuit, towel, and an open mind
• A light breakfast or fasting before the session is recommended
• Those who are pregnant or under the age of 16 should refrain from plunging

Please consult your medical professional prior to plunging if you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, or another cardiovascular disease, or if you’re taking any medications that may affect vascular circulation.
