A warm-up only has to be about 6 min and has a huge effect on prevention of injury during sports, excercises or even heavy work! 💪

*With a dynamic stretch you bring the muscles and joints to the maximum position with a fluid motion. This creates mobility in your joints and gives some pretension in your muscles. That way your muscles are already active before you begin the workout or sport. Which gives the sensation of your muscles being more flexible and reactive.

Don't do workout without warm-up to often because loading a "cold" muscle can cause micro tears in your muscle fibers to soon or loads you tendons to much which an cause a wide variety of injuries

As a physiotherapist I always warm-up my muscles before starting with a therapy or massage so I can prevent muscle overload and tendón problems during my work
