My best week of 2025 by far ✨🌤️

Once in a while, our body needs to hit the reset button and heading to Sanoviv at Mexico was the best way to do it. We chose the “Detox Program” and had a week of amazing activities:

✔️ Mostly organic food taken from their garden
✔️ Hypoallergenic, organic cotton clothes provided everyday
✔️ Daily schedule customised for my health
✔️ Blood, urine and stool tests for various conditions
✔️ Ultrasound for breast and abdomen area
✔️ Daily vital signs taken in the morning
✔️ Assigned psychologist
✔️ Assigned energy specialist
✔️ Assigned chiropractor
✔️ Assigned fitness trainer
✔️ Assigned dentist (I decided to remove my mercury filling in my teeth)
✔️ Daily massages, body wraps and herbal baths
✔️ Daily quiet room where you rest with different applicators attached to you
✔️ Sleep at 9pm and waking up at 6am

Everything is perfect about this week. Waking up to the sounds of waves crashing onto the rocks, smelling the crisp air and just taking in every single breath and counting my blessings that life can be this beautiful.
