"What would you like to improve?"... "What would you like to do better?" These are the types of questions I ask my clients when they come to see me for an appointment, be it a Functional Integration lesson or a Massage Therapy session. Beyond just wanting relief from pain or wanting to relax, many of us have deeper wishes regarding the way we move, feel, think and experience life. My intention is to meet you where you are, and through a process of informative movement and touch, help guide you toward a place of expanding your potential...and perhaps, even expanding your self-image. Results often vary from person to person, but some common responses people have is to feel lighter, taller, more balanced, more fluid, a greater sense of well being, physically, and emotionally. Additionally there are often secondary benefits, maybe not the ones you came in for directly, that can be as varied as finding you have better concentration, endurance, creativity, or spontaneity.
