I cultivated a deep understanding of holistic practices and a connection to the wonders of the universe. My own self-discovery led me down a path that intertwines the mystical realms of shamanic journeying and the ancient wisdom of astrology. I remember my parents calculating astrological charts for friends and clients. This was pre-internet, so they drew the charts by hand. Later in life, the tools my parents used helped me identify and cope with different personalities by analyzing their patterns, their unique ways of expressing themselves via astrological calculations and observation. My many years working alongside children, teens, and young adults with hypersensitivity/sensory integration dysfunction (Rudolf Steiner approach) helped me develop a strong practical curriculum, incorporating music, meditation and various art forms as part of an approach to heartfelt soul discovery and transformation. Singing and songwriting is a part of what keeps me grounded and connects to my core sense of calling, nature, and the universe. My attitude towards life evolved and opened my soul to this multi-dimensional universe, looking beyond the physical aspect and its 5 senses.
