Lasciando l’Italia nel dicembre 2024, il mio cuore era pesante, eppure pieno allo stesso tempo. Non ho potuto salutare molte delle splendide yogini che hanno partecipato alle mie lezioni, né tornare per la nostra estate di yoga in spiaggia di quest’anno, 2025. Le questioni familiari hanno avuto la priorità. 🙏
🩵💛🩷 Condivido alcuni ricordi di yoga dai ritiri, dalle lezioni, dalle giornate in spiaggia, dai momenti privati... Solo pochi 😆 dei TANTI ricordi speciali dell’Italia.

Leaving Italy in Dec 2024, my heart was heavy, yet full at the same time. I didn't get to say goodbye to many of the lovely yogini that participated in my classes, nor come back again for our summer of beach yoga this year,2025. Family matters prevailed. 🙏
I share some memories of yoga from retreats, teaching, beach classes, private moments.. Just a few..😆 of the MANY special memories from Italy.

Let's keep in mind: 💡In its original creation, Yoga was a holistic spiritual science, not just a physical practice, designed to unite the individual consciousness with universal consciousness. 🌟 As many of us feel, yoga asan is such a delight, I too enjoy it to the fullest. 🧘‍♀️ As a yoga practicioner as well as teacher, I feel the inclusion of the 8 limbs however is of utmost importance in my daily life and . I wish the same for you. Namaste. 🕉

🪷 Eight stages described by Patanjali~ which include:

Yamas (ethical restraints), Niyamas (observances), Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (enlightenment).
