This *Saturday, November 8th, 7 PM* 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️.
SHARE THE SACRED MEDICINE: ☀️ *PINA VARINAWA of the Noke Koi tribe* *Kaku Kawanawa and Nawashavo Kawanawa.*☀️
If you have already felt the call, it is important to do the following:

It is important to start with a diet to receive the medicine in the best way.
Take care of your diet and what you consume these days.

*Do not eat:*❌
Canned foods, soft drinks, flour, sweets, sausages, farm-raised chicken, farm-raised eggs, or anything containing preservatives.
Do not take any medications (unless in special cases, consult with us for personalized instructions).
And do not consume any chemical or natural substances that alter consciousness.

What to consume: ✔️
2 liters or more of pure water per day
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. If you are not a vegetarian, you can eat fish, salmon, or tuna. Four days before the ceremony, it is suggested not to eat any red meat to be cleaner.
