What a typical day on retreat looks like in Cabo! Next retreat is Feb 2019 ❤️💪
All workouts are optional...if you prefer to sleep in or hang by the pool by all means do it!

8:30-9am Hiit workout on the beach
9-10:15 Mat Pilates at the Pavilion on the beach
4:30- 5:15 Beach walk/Interval sprints if you prefer
5:30-6:30 Mat Pilates at the Pavilion

Here is a pic of the Pavilion set up for a wedding but we get to use it for Pilates 😁
