All items with the exception of Turkey gravy can be made vegan for no extra cost.
Gluten free can be made upon request (most items are inherently gluten free).

Cakes are $500 pesos made gluten free.

Orders are available to reserve before the following date 11/20/2025 ( the Thursday before thanksgiving). No orders will be taken after November 20th.
Sustainable serving option-I pick up your dinnerware a few days in advance and deliver in your own serving ware for less plastic use. Please make sure they are heat safe if you choose this option.

Forms of payment as follows-cash upon delivery(preferred payment is cash), Zelle, Mexican bank transfer or Paypal
Food will be delivered between 11am-3pm depending on what neighborhood/area you live in or can be picked up in the neighborhood El Paraíso (message me directly for our exact address if you would like this option).

Upon request you may have items delivered the day before and warm for serving at your home the next day.

Tips are greatly appreciated however left to your decision making. Delivery is $80 pesos.

Saturday night vibes with matching shoes to boot 👠 🇲🇽

A simple Turkish recipe using pumpkin topped with toasted walnuts and tahini.

Recipe

1 kg peeled pumpkin cut into large cubes,
1 cup granulated sugar,
1/2 cup tahini,
To garnish: toasted chopped walnuts.

Place the pumpkin cubes into a large saucepan and sprinkle the sugar,
If you have time, let the pumpkins sit like this overnight,
Or like I did, put the pan over low heat right away, since the heat also helps the pumpkin release all of its juices,
Cook until the pumpkin is soft and absorbs all the water it initially released,
Let it come to room temperature and then refrigerate,
Garnish with tahini and chopped walnuts.

Tomorrow I will be selling traditional walnut/pistachio baklava, gluten free dairy free peanut butter three layer pies (a big favorite among personal chef clients) and pistachio stuffed chocolate spiced dates topped with h**p seeds at the Easter fair held at Hotel Real de Minas from 10am-3pm. I will also have an adorable selection of dish towels as well as a few other goodies.

Appetizers for a local art show
Walnut spread a recipe from the country of Georgia 🇬🇪 using fenugreek and other spices and a smoked red pepper and sweet onion spread on French baguette. Gluten free option served on corn tostadas. Both are plant based options.

The school fundraiser was a success!
We raised a good chunk of change for the senior’s end of year trip.
On the menu
Lavender lemonade
Eggplant with beef Turkish recipe
Yellow curry daal with cardamom rice
Pad Thai with chicken or vegetarian
Mediterranean salad with homemade pita croutons and feta
Sweet cous cous with toasted almonds, raisins topped with organic milk.
