Skin health awareness

If you have a worrisome mole/skin lesion ⬇️

A - Asymmetry: One half doesn’t match the other.
B - Border irregularity: Edges are uneven or blurred.
C - Colour variation: Multiple colours or shades within the same mole.
D - Diameter changes: Growing larger in size.
E - Evolving features: Changes in size, shape, or color over time.

Regularly checking moles and consulting a health professional for any concerning changes is crucial for early detection.
