Hello and Welcome to Baktu Yoga. If you have ever considered doing Yoga, but are unsure about whether or not it is right for you, I encourage you to try one class. One class can plant seeds of wisdom and peace In our spirits that can blossom like the Lotus Flower. While Yoga has many physical benefits, such as lowered blood pressure, increased strength and flexibility, and improved circulation, its main purpose is to connect us with our higher selves. We hold onto life’s stresses and traumas, in our muscles and in our internal organs. Yoga teaches us how to tune into the location of the tension that is held in our bodies and in our minds, and helps us learn how to release it. Yoga is an incredible tool discovered thousands of years ago in the Vedic tradition of India, and we are blessed to have the opportunity to learn and share these methods here today. Please join me in beginning or continuing your Yoga journey.
