A huge thanks to Avatar 2.0 Fan Token, who donated $15,000 for cancer treatment for Maggie.

Maggie — a lovely southern California girl — miraculously found the spiritual, mental and physical courage to overcome three very tragic and life-threatening episodes during the last several years.

Maggie first suffered a vicious dog attack in 2020 - nearly losing her leg through amputation. Her second battle was against COVID-19, with her spending several weeks in the hospital because of a debilitating case.

Maggie's third battle is against her recent diagnosis with metastatic "triple negative" breast cancer, requiring very aggressive cancer therapy as soon as possible.

It goes without saying that because of three major catastrophes occurring back to back, Maggie has been unable to work for nearly three full years; since the day she was mauled by her neighbor's vicious dog.
Maggie has been an Instagram user for several years, and with perhaps a little luck or even some divine intervention, Maggie reached out to Integrative Cancer Centers of America (ICCA) in the hopes of learning more about legitimate alternative cancer therapy outside the United States; not only did ICCA respond to Maggie's question timely, but offered to help treat her as well, with the majority of the costs being funded by the very kind and gracious Avatar 2.0 Fan token.

Can lung cancer surgery cause recurrence? Yes, lung cancer can sometimes recur after surgery because some lung cancer cells were left behind during the operation; or some lung cancer cells had already broken away from the primary tumor but were too small to see.
