Con este mural quiero compartir una vez más mi profundo agradecimiento a este lugar que fue Tierra Santa, y a toda la medicina, la belleza y los encuentros que se gestaron en este espacio.
Que este agradecimiento llegue también hasta el Abuelo Efrén Hernández , por ser parte de este tejido a la distancia a través de sus enseñanzas. Gracias a ese caminar comprendí lo sagrado que es ir hasta la selva, entrar al cacaotal y presenciar cómo la medicina del cacao crece en medio de la vida, rodeado de cuidado y sabiduría ancestral.
Eso fue justamente lo que quisimos plasmar en este mural que acompañó las paredes de Tierra Santa: honrar al cacaotal como el templo vivo donde la medicina nace y es resguardada con amor. Gracias por ser quien canalizó toda esa magia a través de tu arte.
Un recordatorio de que el cacao no solo se comparte en la taza, sino que viene de una raíz profunda, de la tierra, de la selva y de las manos que la cuidan.

With this mural, I want to share once again my deep gratitude to this place that was Tierra Santa, and to all the medicine, beauty, and encounters that took place in this space.
May this gratitude also extend to Grandfather Efrén Hernández, for being part of this tapestry from afar through his teachings. Thanks to that journey, I understood how sacred it is to go to the jungle, enter the cacao grove, and witness how the medicine of cacao grows amidst life, surrounded by care and ancestral wisdom.
That is precisely what we wanted to capture in this mural that adorned the walls of Tierra Santa: to honor the cacao grove as the living temple where the medicine is born and lovingly protected. Thank you, Joselita, for channeling all that magic through your art.
A reminder that cacao is not only shared in the cup, but comes from a deep root, from the earth, the jungle, and the hands that care for it.
