Please join us in welcoming the newest addition to our teaching team, Stephanie Battle!
Stephanie is a New Jersey native and 500-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in vinyasa. She also holds certifications in restorative yoga and meditation from ISHTA Yoga. A seasoned performer and dance scholar, Stephanie earned her MFA in Dance from Florida State University in 2025.
Her classes emphasize breath awareness, presence, thoughtful alignment, and authentic self-expression. Stephanie is thrilled to join the Three Birds Yoga team and share her passion for mindful movement and embodied practice.

Our Yoga

Vinyasa, a dynamic and flowing practice, links the postures and breath to create balance between the body and the mind.
