Happy to be sharing The Inner Alchemy Journey for the third consecutive year at the wonderful

This is a potent transformational experience involving a powerful breathwork practice that I have designed to activate your energy centres.

Its followed by a blindfolded dance practice so you can feel your inner flow of energy and connect to intuitive movement.

The final stage is a guided meditation to activate the heart and receive healing frequencies.

This will leave you feeling alive, connected to yourself and supports you to receive life changing insights and intuition.

Over three years ago, I created Inner Alchemy to guide others on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Hosted monthly at the Yoga Barn, one of the world’s largest spiritual centres, and featured for three years at the Bali Spirit Festival, Inner Alchemy has also been celebrated at the Healing Arts Festival in Hong Kong and the AlUla Wellness Festival in Saudi Arabia.

Over 1,000+ people have received this transmission. This provides a sacred space for healing, creating Quantum Leaps in energy, alignment, and manifestation.

I will be sharing this at the Naya New Year Celebration on 31 December and on 15 Jan 2025.

This is also available as a 1-1 personalised experience and is a powerful addition to retreats and festivals.

The energy that you’re in when you transition into the next year has a significant impact on the way your year evolves.

It feels so important to be in the right setting, surrounded by the right people. Starting the year with the feeling that you would like to experience in the coming year.

This is why I wanted to create an intimate and intentional experience to transition into 2025. Where we are sober, surrounded by loving community and have the freedom to fully express and celebrate ourselves.

This entire experience is designed to cultivate connection and unity.

We start the experience with an Inner Alchemy Activation of breathwork and meditation that I will deliver to assist with releasing the energies of 2024 that no longer serve us, into a connection workshop by .che.tandle

Then a family New Year Dinner so we can deepen these connections like a tribe united.

Imagine drinking ceremonial cacao, dancing freely and going into 2025 with a powerful group manifestation meditation taking you into the new year empowered and feeling alive! And Waking up the next morning feeling fresh, motivated and excited to start your New Year. 🌟

I am sharing the story of my journey from living with a heightened nervous system, drinking alcohol in order to be social and feeling unfulfilled and how I used inner transformation and with my inner world to take me to a life of purpose, of connection and .

A key process for this was learning how to experience fear in my mind and body and not react to it and not to enable it to prevent me from taking action that was aligned with my desires.
There is so much that we can discover from taking time to realise the correlation that occurs between the thoughts we think and how we feel and how this has a corresponding impact on the situations and circumstances that we attract to us.

It is so empowering to discover how you are influencing your reality. Learning tools to do this will enable you to be clear with what you are calling into your life. Thought and emotion is the foundation of how we are experiencing reality so using the tool of to develop a harmonious relationship with your mind and learning how to feel, accept and transform your will make the biggest difference to your quality of life, relationships and energy levels.

Suppressing fear depletes your life energy, leading to tiredness and fatigue. When fear overcomes you, ask yourself: What thought is causing this sensation? Identifying the core belief triggering your fear is essential. Feel the emotion, process it, and replace the underlying thought. Only when the emotion has been processed can you truly feel the new, empowering thought in your body.

This process is a central in the psychodynamic coaching I provide. Together, we uncover the core elements driving your emotions, process them, and discover empowering thoughts and beliefs. When your energy shifts at a core level, the world around you shifts. This is the key to manifestation—a process of inner alchemy, turning lead into gold.

Many hold onto fear, mistakenly believing it decreases the risk of what they fear happening. However, the opposite is true: fear attracts the very situations you dread and resist.

Confronting the truth: we live in an overworked society desperately in need of balance.

While physical relaxation is important, relaxation of the mind is equally essential. As a General Practitioner and Coach, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging people find this, yet it’s crucial for achieving true peace of mind.

Mental relaxation is about achieving a state of calm and clarity. By focusing the mind on a single object, distractions and mental tensions begin to dissolve, paving the way for inner peace. 🌿

Scattered focus builds up tension in the mind, and our modern world, with its constant stream of media and technology, exacerbates this issue. This constant engagement fragments our focus, making it difficult to concentrate on a single task and increasing mental fatigue.

If you feel your mind is overloaded, here are 6 activities that can help restore balance and tranquility:

1. Mindfulness Meditation: Release thoughts as they arise, allowing your mind to settle.
2. Present Moment Awareness: Focus on observing the present moment and feeling the sensations in your body.
3. Contemplation and Reflection: Take time to ponder and reflect on your thoughts and experiences.
4. Mindful Movements: Engage in slow, deliberate movements to ground yourself.

Discover a transformative practice that will calm your body, flood your brain and body with oxygen, and elevate your energy levels for better concentration. 🌬✨

1. Inhale Deeply: Take a deep breath as you walk 2-3 steps, feeling the fresh oxygen fill your lungs and invigorate your system.
2. Hold Your Breath: Gently hold your breath while walking 10-20 steps. This pause helps to distribute the oxygen throughout your body, enhancing clarity and focus.
3. Exhale Slowly: Breathe out slowly as you walk 5-6 steps, releasing any tension and calming your mind.

** For added power: focus on your heart in the centre of your chest while you breath out and feel a positive emotion like gratitude or appreciation.

Repeat this breathing cycle continuously for 10 minutes. This simple yet powerful practice not only boosts your concentration but also brings a sense of peace and balance to your day. It is great when you are looking to introduce a pause into your day, to reset and recharge your body and mind🌟🧘‍♂

Some people are naturally very visual in nature and have very vivid imaginations. This was not the case for me, I found it very difficult and when I began I only saw the darkness of my closed eyes. This is like a muscle that can be trained and it is certainly worth the effort. Visualisation is directly communicating with your subconsdious mind which is responsible for over 95% of your life experiences and bodily functions.

Life constantly sends us feedback, signs, and messages, guiding us toward our best selves.

It's a system rooted in love, providing exactly what we need, whether we perceive it as positive or negative.

Even painful encounters serve a purpose: they direct us to parts of ourselves that are ready to heal. On a higher level, these interactions are fundamentally loving.
