✨ 3 principles that differentiate Ayurvedic medicine from others and make it work:

💆🏽‍♀️ Having the objective of total well-being: Swastha. This is achieved only when the body, mind and spirit are in balance and connected. If one of them is out of balance, the body will communicate it with some discomfort or illness.

💆🏽‍♀️ To eliminate imbalances in the body, the true cause of the problem is addressed and not just the symptom.

💆🏽‍♀️ The main effort to maintain health should be to maintain an active and strong digestive fire, since it is from the good absorption of nutrients or the accumulation of toxins that health or disease arises.

✨ 3 principios que diferencian a la medicina ayurveda de las demás y la hacen eficiente:

💆🏽‍♀️ Tener como ideal la imagen del bienestar total: Swastha. Esto se logra solamente cuando el cuerpo, mente y espíritu están en equilibrio y conectados. Si uno de ellos está en desequilibrio, el cuerpo lo comunicará con algún malestar o enfermedad.

✨ Ashtanga Yoga ✨

🧘🏽‍♀️ This style of yoga consists of doing specific sequences of the Ashtanga postures, which are done continuously, fluidly and consistently. It requires moving rapidly from one posture to another, along with each inhalation and exhalation.

In Ashtanga Yoga the order of the asanas is completely predefined, which distinguishes it greatly from other types of yoga. A practice consists of four parts:
🌿 Start series
🌿 Main series
🌿 Back-bending sequences
🌿 Sequence of completion.

🌞 The starter series begins with 10 Sun Salutations and many sustained poses. There are six different forms of main series that you can choose based on your experience and ability.

For example, if you live in places where humidity has increased thanks to the summer, these are some recommendations that you can add to your diet to maintain your health:
🌿 Eat light dishes prepared with barley, rice or wheat.
🌿 Include more salty soups prepared with bitter vegetables (broccoli, brussels, kale, kale, radish, arugula ...).
🌿 Drink warm water with a little honey.

👂🏽 Sound Therapy uses sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing. It covers a range of treatments, from music therapy to sound baths. Just like massage therapy, which delivers healing through touch, sound therapy is a form of sensory therapy, and it has been used by various cultural groups for centuries.

💆🏽‍♀️ The therapeutic sound and sound therapy techniques are delivered using tonal and rhythmic instruments and voice. The tonal instruments used can include Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks, among others. The vocal techniques are toning, overtoning (a technique where more than one tone is sung simultaneously) or mantra (the chanting of Sanskrit words). ✨ 5 ELEMENTS RECIPE: Butter Chicken ✨

🇮🇳 This recipe, originated from Northern India, is one of the most popular curries at any Indian restaurant around the world. We hope you enjoy it!

🍽️ We start with an easy yogurt marinade: plain yogurt, fresh garlic and ginger, and easy to find spices: garam masala, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder and salt, are all you need for a delicious sauce. As for the meat, you can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts.

🍗 First, mix your yogurt marinade together
🍗 Marinate chicken for 20 minutes or overnight (the longer it marinates, the more tender your chicken will be)
🍗 Sear chicken in a skillet or pan. Keep those charred bits on the pan to make your sauce. Browned bits = + flavour!
🍗 Finally, make your curry sauce in the same skillet.

The most important thing for making authentic butter chicken is the sauce. To make it, you only need an onion, a can of crushed tomatoes, garlic and ginger, and some added spices.
The trick to making a perfecr sauce? Let the tomatoes cook off for at least 10-15 minutes, until they are almost dry on your pan. You can add in a bit of water if it dries too early.

🍚 Then, blend until smooth and add in your cream (heavy whipping cream or thickened cream). If you want a richer sauce, add a couple tablespoons of ghee right at the end, letting it melt through the sauce before serving. This dish goes great with basmati rice or naan bread!
