🌀 Principles of Abdominal Acupuncture
The abdomen is considered the microcosm of the human body, where all the main meridians and internal organs are reflected.
This area is home to the ‘lower Dantian’, an energy centre that governs vitality, digestion, circulation and emotions.
👉 By stimulating specific points, the aim is to harmonise Qi (vital energy) and improve energy communication between the organs.
