Ten days with my firstborn son, who flew from London to spend his mid-term break -
and my heart feels full 🥰

Salt on our skin.
A road trip stretching across the Yucatán Peninsula.
Strolling through markets buzzing with colour and smells.
Slow café mornings.
A messy kitchen bench when he made his latest culinary creations.
Dog snuggles on the bed.
Cocktails by the resort pool.
And the specialness of simply all being together.

After all we’ve been through these past few years, we’ve become a small and tight family unit.
Having all the cubs under one roof again felt deeply comforting.

I don’t know when or where the next reunion will be, but I trust it won’t be too long away.

Ollie - I am endlessly proud of you.
We miss you already, more than words can express. 💙✨

I’ve been a little quieter online lately.
Not because I don’t have anything to say, but because there is already So. Much. Noise.

And much of this noise is the kind designed to provoke, divide, enrage. The kind that keeps us scrolling, reacting, choosing sides, and closing our hearts.

So lately I’ve been choosing to listen and retreat more than broadcast. Because when the outside world feels loud, fragmented, and emotionally charged, I’ve learned that the healthiest thing I can do is step away from it.

In times like this, I crave wild, pristine places. And one of the best places on the planet (in my humble opinion) to experience this is Patagonia - where you can hike for days and not see another human. Where woodpeckers rhythmically tap into ancient trunks, controlling insect populations by feeding on bark beetles and larvae that would otherwise damage entire forests, and carving out nesting cavities that later become homes for owls, small mammals, and other birds. Where you’re greeted by local horses on a remote farm as if you’ve stepped into another era. Where you can dive into glacier-fed lakes so clear and untouched they reset your entire system.

Out in the wild, the nervous system softens and the breath deepens. Your perspective clears.

For me, this is how I calm the noise of the craziness around us. I step into nature. It reminds me how small I am, and also ironically how connected we all are.

What’s your favourite way to calm your nervous system and find peace in the middle of it all?

We invite you to experience DEEP REST, DECODED this April — a four-day immersive retreat for people who are high-functioning, capable, yet quietly exhausted.

If you’re driven yet depleted, productive but running on fumes, this retreat is for you.

Think of deep rest as infrastructure: a few nights of truly restorative sleep can measurably improve mood, focus, immunity, and resilience by supporting hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and cognitive performance. Yet it’s often the first thing we sacrifice.

Our retreat distills more than 20 years of work in sleep, wellness, and recovery into a grounded, evidence-informed experience you can actually integrate into real life.

To be held at Palmaïa - The House Of AïA, this retreat was designed to reset your nervous system, restore healthy sleep rhythms, and create conditions for deeper rest, both during the retreat and long after you return home.

Co-hosted with Certified Sleep Coach Erica Huss and Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Dr. Paige Bourassa MSTOM L.Ac. we’ll provide:

*Science-informed sleep & longevity sessions
*Nervous system regulation practices
*Breathwork and acupuncture sound healing
*Nature-based rituals and cold immersion
*Spacious days and genuinely restorative nights
*A practical, take-home sleep toolkit for daily life

Ten days. Endless awe. 💙

Our Patagonia Adventure Retreat was extraordinary - a journey far beyond the well-trodden path.

From tackling mountain hikes closed to other tourists, to kayaking through pristine waters and a special day at a private lake house. From canyoning up the river flowing right beneath our lodge .laconfluencia, to crossing remote pockets of Argentina and Chile rarely seen by visitors - each day was raw, wild, and deeply alive.

This experience was made unforgettable thanks to our incredible local guides Julian , Cote and Toto , and to Katie for her absolute mastery of all things logistics on the ground - I am so fortunate to work with some of the top outdoor guides in South America.

The thing about Patagonia? Once it’s in your system, it never really lets go.

So in 2027, we’re returning again for the third year in a row — with two trips planned: late February and end of November.

If you’re craving adventure, nature, and places that still feel truly untouched - this is the one.

Patagonia, te amo. 💙

Getting back into the ice ❄️ after a huge year of travel and work was just what I needed.

Sitting in an ice bath or in very cold water is surprisingly calming and deeply invigorating to the senses, as well as helping to regulate the nervous system, sharpen focus, and elevate mood; reduce inflammation and improve circulation.

It was fantastic to witness a few first-timers taking their inaugural plunge too with , and seeing their proud sense of achievement post plunge.

Bring on the glacier river plunges of Patagonia very soon!! 🧊💙

WINTER SOLSTICE ❄️

For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, we are experiencing the shortest days of the year. During this period, nature gently invites us to turn inward. Winter encourages us to slow down, lessen our pace, and step away from the constant noise of doing. Which is often a stark contrast to the reality of the busy December calendar!

However in this stillness, there’s space to pause and acknowledge all that this past solar cycle has held; the moments of expansion, the challenges, and everything in between.

I invite you to take time out of your busy schedule to sit with a journal and write down these prompts, inspired by my beautiful friend , and answer them with contemplation.

- How have I changed as a person this solar cycle?
- When did I lean into my inner strength?
- What dreams have grown within me?
- What dreams have faded away?
- What was the most difficult thing I traversed this year? How have I matured as a result of it?
- What brought me the most joy?
- Where could I ask for help me?
- Where could I help others more?
- What new things did I learn?
- What did I learn about myself?
- What beliefs did I change?
- What am I leaving behind this year?
- What lessons am I bringing forward and how will they help me?

If you’d like to receive a personal astrology birth chart or reading to contemplate on this past year and see what’s in store for the year ahead you can reach out to directly ✨

May you find the opportunity to rest in this season and reflect on your year, with its achievements, challenges and learnings 🙏🏻

This past weekend, Chile was named World’s Leading Adventure Tourism Destination at the global finals of the - and in my opinion, it’s no surprise 🇨🇱

Chile is a land of dramatic contrasts thanks to its unique geography, but Patagonia will always be my favourite corner of this diverse country. Here, you’re surrounded by towering snow capped mountains, ancient glaciers, crystal-clear lakes, aqua rivers and pristine forests. The cuisine is delicious, and the people are warm and welcoming… if you can understand the accent 😉.

This January, we’re heading back again for an unforgettable adventure through the Patagonian Lake Region — travelling by boat, kayak, on foot, pack-rafting and private vehicle to reach some of Chile’s most spectacular hidden places.

If you’re feeling the pull to step out of the ordinary and start 2026 in an epic, soul lifting way, DM us to grab one of the final 2 spots. Patagonia awaits. 🏔️

Dates: January 5-14th, 2026

After a year of intense work travel, my whole body has been craving grounding practices. So when my friend invited me to her sound-healing experience underground in a cave plus cacao ceremony, I knew it was the perfect way to reconnect with these sacred Mayan lands which I’m fortunate to call home.

Held on private jungle land, the energy of this magical spot - combined with Tati’s hypnotic voice and powerful instrumental work, influenced by her Siberian roots and many years spent in Mexico - transported us to another realm.

Thank you, for this beautiful evening. It was exactly what I needed. ✨

🌴 Grateful to have been able to squeeze in an impromptu trip to the islands of El Cuyo & Holbox on the north coast of Mexico’s Yucatán.

Sunrise ocean swims. Deserted beaches.
Wild pink flamingoes.
Dancing barefoot in muddy streets after the rain.
Strolling through the local village and buying delicious honey from an abuelo.
Boat rides through calm waters and watching the fishermen reel in their catch.
Deep conversations and so much giggling.
Getting lost and walking many more kilometres than expected.
And surprisingly, the best Japanese cuisine I’ve tasted in Mexico so far.

Driving through sleepy villages, following the rhythm of the tides, and letting time slow the fk down.

Sometimes the best therapy is found in the simple things - the laughter, sunshine, the salt on your skin, and being completely present without time constraints.

It was just what this burned out mama needed 🙏🏻

October recap 🍂

A month which included precious time with the Aussie fam, a road trip across the Yucatán, lots of work and new opportunities, plus new (and old) connections. It was also the first month I hadn’t travelled overseas in aaaages, so I felt very grounded 🧘‍♀️

Grateful for this life we have carved in this little corner of the world 🌎

Finding the balance between giving and receiving 💕

Hosting retreats has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I get to witness people soften, reconnect, and rediscover themselves in settings that invite stillness and wonder.

But over the years, I’ve also learned that holding space for others requires deep awareness of my own energy output. In order to give meaningfully, I need to stay connected to what fills me as well.

There was a time when I believed that being of service meant constantly showing up; always saying yes, offering, guiding, holding, creating. And while that came from my own heartfelt intentions, I began to realize that constantly pouring out without pausing to refill left me depleted. In the early days of leading retreats, I would have been working extremely long hours in my commercial kitchen in the weeks beforehand, only to travel to a retreat setting and then cater for all the participants, day and night.

Now, I understand that the art of leading - of truly serving - lies in balance.
In between the giving, there must be receiving.
In between the teaching, there must be listening and self-learning.
In between the doing, there must be stillness - although that’s still a work in progress 🤪.

For me, that includes early morning walks with my son and my 🐶. Or time by the ocean. Or a few days completely offline. And stimulating conversations that feed the soul.

These are not luxuries - they’re the fuel that allows me to show up with presence, compassion, and creativity for the people who I serve.

And the more I honour that rhythm, the more sustainable and transformative my work becomes 🌿
