How do you explain laparoscopic surgery to kindergarteners? With a mannequin, real surgical forceps, and a lot of imagination! 🙌💙

I received the best invitation for the International Women’s Day at a local school in Tijuana to share a little bit about my profession. I showed the kids how, with a lot of precision and care, we could “take a blue balloon out” from inside our mannequin-patient. ✂️

You have no idea how happy and attentive they were. Their questions and innocence reminded me exactly why I love what I do: we don’t just transform lives, we also get to share knowledge and smiles! 😊
