Yin Oi Tong Medical Hall(仁愛堂) was established in 1796 by a Hakka medicine-peddler It was the first Chinese Medical Hall in Malaysia and oldest medical hall in Southeast Asia. Originally located at Pitt Street, It started its business as a manufacturer, processor, wholesaler and retailer of traditional Chinese medicines and herbs, distributing from southern Thailand to Singapore, Medan and Sumatra in Indonesia. Ten years after founding in Penang, it was then relocated to a three shop lots (82A-C), each with three stories high, at the corner of Penang Street and China Street in 1896. However, in 2009, due to unfavourable circumstances, Yin Oi Tong has moved out from the building owned by the Cheah Kongsi to Paya Terubong. We shall continue to provide our Chinese traditional medical advises to people and address to all their needs without fail.

仁爱堂既是马来西亚第一间传统药行,亦是东南亚最古老的中国传统药行之一。
仁爱堂于Pitt Street(椰脚街),从一间弹丸小药店开始营业。经过多年的世露风霜,努力奋斗才把业务逐渐提升及发展,成为星马第一家中草药批发商及零售商,其业务扩展至新加坡,印尼棉兰和苏门答腊及泰国。
1896年,仁爱堂迁移其店址至Penang Street(大街)和China Street(唐人街)交界处的三间三层楼高的店屋继续了接下来124年的业务。
2009年6月30日,仁爱堂在某情况下迁离谢氏宗祠所拥有的旧址,移至现今坐落于Paya Terubong(垄尾)的店址。
