Fried foods are super high in calories & fat because they absorb a lot of oil during frying.
That extra oil = extra calories… and when eaten too often, it can easily lead to weight gain. 😬💥
Many of our favourite fried snacks — like fried chicken, pisang goreng, nuggets — taste amazing, but they’re heavy on the body if we makan too frequently.
Too much can cause bloating, low energy, and make it harder to control weight. 😵💫⚠️
Enjoying fried food once in a while is totally fine ✨
Just remember to balance it with lighter meals, more water, and a bit of movement.
Small healthy choices every day really do make a difference. 💪❤️
