Once a customer came to our shop with a pair glasses with prescription which was bought online,she told me that it was uncomfortable to wear & felt dizzy!!🧐🧐😇

I checked her glasses and found that the glasses have few point of mistakes therefore customer uncomfortable with it.

1.pupil distance （PD）- not according of customer pupil distance measurement.

2.choose wrong frame size - too big.
( she likes without try #)

3.Choose wrong type of lens & thickness

4. The astigmatism (rabun silau)is not converted,it is reversed.

The customer asked me why i didn't operate Optical shop online?

I answered her: there is no way to provide face to face professional optometry services, don't know what customer wants & needs....😥😥 i can't lower the standred of service. ii)Customer compare prices on Internet instead of quality,benefit of lenses
I m an eyecare & image consultant,i Must be responsible & provide the quality of products to my customers, make sure customer comfortable, see clear and safe!
