🌿【跨越山林 · 医疗不停步】🌿
尼泊尔义诊归来仅仅一星期，
黄医师再次代表本诊所，
与 4×4 Relief Malaysia、RHF (Remedic Healthcare Foundation) 及 Rise Against Hunger 携手，
前往 Kampung Kelewang ,Royal Belum 一带，
深入原住民部落，展开新一轮义诊行动。
这一次，我们走得更远，
也看见了更多平时难以接触的真实生活环境。
——
在部落里，
我们看见了许多被城市生活忽略的现实：
💧 缺乏干净的水源，长期使用湖水
⚡ 用电资源有限，生活条件相对艰难
🧼 卫生知识不足，许多健康问题长期累积
也因此，皮肤病、寄生虫感染等问题，并不少见。
——
这一次，我们与西医团队及慈善团体携手合作，
希望带来的，不只是短暂的医疗服务，
而是更长期的改变。
🌱 团队深入山林建立简易水坝，铺设水管系统，并安装过滤设备（filter），
将干净的水源引入村庄，从根本改善用水问题
🌱 西医团队进行基础检查，并提供药物与健康讲座（health talk）
🌱 教导村民如何照顾自身卫生与基础健康
🌱 中医则进行体质评估、舌脉诊、针灸与调理建议
从治疗，到预防；
从个体，到环境；
这是一场真正“整体医疗”的实践。

在义诊过程中，我们也看见：
有人长期劳作，筋骨疼痛却从未被认真对待
有人反复咳嗽，却不知道可以如何调理
有人第一次接触针灸，从紧张到放松
当他们露出轻松的表情，
那一刻，我们深深感受到——
医疗的价值，不只是技术，而是被理解与被照顾。

这趟旅程，让我们更加坚定：
医疗，不只是等待病人走进诊所
而是愿意走进真正需要的地方
健康，不只是治疗疾病
更是知识、环境与资源的共同提升

🌿【Across the Forest · Healthcare Beyond Boundaries】🌿
Just one week after returning from our Nepal medical mission,
Dr. Wong once again represented our clinic,
joining hands with 4×4 Relief Malaysia,
RHF (Remedic Healthcare Foundation), and Rise Against Hunger,
to travel deep into the indigenous villages of
Kampung Kelewang and Royal Belum.
This journey took us further than before—
and revealed realities often unseen.

In the village, we witnessed challenges rarely seen in urban life:
💧 Lack of clean water, with reliance on lake water
⚡ Limited access to electricity
🧼 Insufficient hygiene awareness
Leading to common issues such as skin diseases and parasitic infections.

This mission was not only about treatment—
but about creating sustainable change.
🌱 The team went deep into the forest to build a simple dam,
laid water pipelines, and installed filtration systems,
bringing clean water directly into the village
🌱 The Western medical team provided check-ups, medications, and health talks
🌱 Villagers were educated on hygiene and self-care practices
🌱 TCM offered constitution assessment, tongue & pulse diagnosis, acupuncture, and lifestyle guidance
From treatment to prevention,
from individuals to the environment—
this was truly a holistic healthcare effort.

During the mission, we met:
People enduring chronic pain from years of labor
Individuals with recurring coughs without proper care
Villagers experiencing acupuncture for the first time
And when relief appeared on their faces,
we were reminded—
Healthcare is not just about techniques,
but about presence, understanding, and care.

Healthcare is not about waiting—
it is about reaching those in need
Health is not just treatment—
but the result of knowledge, environment, and access
