【冒充本公司进行诈骗行为的严正声明】
本公司特此严正声明如下：
本按摩院为马来西亚本地合法注册公司，公司老板为马来西亚本地人士，公司股权结构单纯，不存在任何其他投资者。
本公司从未、也绝不会以任何形式进行融资、集资、招商引资，或邀请任何个人及团体进行投资。
凡是以本公司名义，对外宣称属于其旗下业务、合作项目，或以投资、入股、回报等名义进行的行为，均属冒充与欺诈行为，与本公司毫无关系。
近期发现有不法分子冒用本公司名义，误导他人并涉嫌诈骗行为。对此，本公司已高度关注，并保留追究相关人士法律责任的权利。
特此提醒广大公众及投资者提高警惕，切勿轻信任何非本公司授权人士的说辞，以免蒙受损失。

【Public Notice Regarding Fraudulent Impersonation】
Our company hereby makes the following solemn declaration:
Natural Healing Family Spa is a legally registered local company in Malaysia. The owner of the company is a Malaysian citizen, and the company has a simple ownership structure with no other investors involved.
The company has never and will never engage in any form of financing, fundraising, investment solicitation, or invite any individual or organization to invest.
Any party claiming, under our company’s name, that this massage spa is part of their business, a subsidiary, a cooperative project, or offering investment opportunities, equity participation, or promised returns, is engaging in impersonation and fraudulent activities. Such actions are entirely unrelated to our company.
We have recently discovered that certain individuals have been illegally using our company’s name, misleading others and allegedly conducting fraudulent activities. Our company takes this matter very seriously and reserves the right to pursue legal action against the parties involved.
We hereby remind the public and all potential investors to remain vigilant. Do not trust any statements or representations made by individuals who are not officially authorized by our company, so as to avoid financial loss.
