- 袋鼠爸爸男妇产科医生的心路历程 -

许多女性朋友到妇产科问诊都会对看男医生有所忌讳，甚至避而远之。有些时候女性朋友们并不会过度的在意，反而是男伴不能接受男妇产科医生。这种现象经常是因为带了有色眼镜来审视一切，投射自己思维在专业的医生身上。
不过无可否认在任何专业中都会有害群之马的个案，而有些病人心里也难免疙瘩。
“为什么会选择妇产科？”这是袋鼠爸爸最常得面对的问题。犹记得一位前辈说过的话，并不是某医生选择了妇产科，是妇产科选择了某医生。虽然咋听之下像在开玩笑，不过想想在那么多的不利因素之下选择这不讨好的路，还真的有点难解释。
袋鼠爸爸生长在一个女性居多的家庭，身边围绕着七个各年龄层的女性，可能这也促成了如何跟女性沟通的领悟。但更多的因素是妇产科的多元和挑战性，让袋鼠爸爸在深思熟虑后，放弃了其他更热门的专科科目。
妇产科可不只是局限于产检及接生，而是涵盖了许多围绕着女性的健康课题，好比如妇女生殖器官病变或肿瘤，生育困难，生育计划，发育期生理问题，泌尿问题，经期调理等等。所以袋鼠爸爸一天的工作环境可能会从产房，手术室，门诊，到病房不停切换。
当看到爸爸妈妈带着新生儿欢欣的回家，袋鼠爸爸也可以感觉到满满的幸福感。当成功帮助病人解除了心中困扰已久的疑惑，袋鼠爸爸对病人的释怀而感到欣慰。当能即时发现并帮助病人或新生儿逃过了可能发生的灾难时，袋鼠爸爸十分庆幸能为他们尽点绵力。
当然并不是每一个病人都会是幸运的。对末期癌症的病人，袋鼠爸爸能给与的就是陪伴和聆听。当人们越接近死亡时，需要的不是药物或针筒，需要的不是医务人员，而是一个愿意聆听的朋友。
这一切都是袋鼠爸爸在这行医过程中累积的领悟。所以袋鼠爸爸很欣慰当时做了对的选择，成为一位妇产科医生。

在医生眼里，只有病人，没有女人或男人之分。

This robotic surgery took over four hours, but the blood loss was only 200cc. Because the uterus was so large, just placing it in a bag and then shredding it took over an hour. The uterus was filled with countless fibroids, and there were adhesions between the bladder and colon, leaving very limited space for manipulation. Thanks to the da Vinci robot's sensitive arms and fingertip-like precision, the superiority of robotic surgery was fully demonstrated under these constraints.

In the same situation, open abdominal surgery to remove the uterus would certainly be the fastest and simplest method, taking just over an hour. However, the blood loss would inevitably be much greater and time for recovery will be longer. Furthermore, the tissue diseased tissues and nodules caused by endometriosis cannot be completely removed.

The large and swollen uterus, and other limitations, will definitely affect surgical outcome, safety, and duration of operation if conventional laparoscopy approach is used. All these challenges will invariably increase the likelihood of conversion to open surgery.

I am fortunate to have the opportunity to keep pace with the times, allowing more patients to benefit from more advanced and comprehensive medical technologies.

这一场机器人手术，花了4个多小时的时间，但出血量只有200cc。由于子宫实在太大，单是把它放入袋子再搅碎，就花了1个多小时。
由于子宫被不计其数的肌瘤塞满了，加上膀胱大肠前后粘连，能操作的空间非常有限。
多亏了da vinci机器人灵敏的手臂和像指尖精巧的操作，在这种局限的情况下，完全展现了机器人手术的优越性。
同样的情况，如果是开腹移除子宫，肯定是最快最简单的做法，1个小时多就可以完成。然而出血量必然会更多，手术的恢复期也比较长，而子宫内膜异位症造成的组织增生和结节，也没有办法彻底清除。
如果使用一般微创技术，这样大的肌瘤和肿胀的子宫及其他的局限，对手术的操作，安全性和手术时长的控制，都有一定难度，转换成开腹的可能性较高。很庆幸可以有机会与时并进，让大家可以受惠于更先进，完善的医疗技术。
