Lalli Lalo 育儿园对我而言，不仅仅是一项事业，更像是我作为创办人的「第三个孩子」。

在经营的过程中，我看见的不只是孩子们的成长，也见证了自己孩子的蜕变。我的大女儿自七岁起，便会在学校假期时协助园所的日常事务，与我一同用心经营。

这份经历让她学习到爱心、责任感与团队合作的精神，也让我体会到教育的真正意义——它是一种爱的传承。

如今，女儿已完成国中学业，仍然乐于抽空回到园所，陪伴并照顾年幼的孩子们。看着她的成长，我深深感受到：
